Drop In Service

We operate a drop-in service. This means that you can come in to see one of our advisers on a first-come, first-served basis. Because we sometimes experience very high demand and have a limited number of advisers, we recommend that you arrive early if you have an urgent issue and must be seen.

Appointments are available at the City Centre branch only, for full-time carers and those in full time employment.
