The Management Board

Board Members are both Directors of the Company and Trustees of the Charity.  The Management Board has the overall responsibility for the work of the bureau, in particular:

  • Legal responsibility to ensure that the bureau is abiding by its constitution and relevant legislation.
  • Financial responsibilities to ensure that financial matters are properly managed.
  • Management responsibilities to comply with employment and related law.
  • Strategic planning to influence and steer the development of the bureau’s services
